At DR.SMOKE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
